At AUSVIC Auto Parts, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our Return and Refund Policy outlines how you can return an item and receive a refund.
You may return the products within 21 days from the date of order for a refund or replacement for any reason, including changing of your mind about the purchase. However, after 21 days, all purchases are deemed to be satisfactory, and no returns will be accepted.
All parts to be returned must be in their original condition and packaging and must not have been modified, altered, or tampered with. The product cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation, as we are not responsible for installation errors. If parts are proven faulty, our maximum liability is to refund the price of the product, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses or towing expenses.
Return Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for whatever reason, including changing your mind, wrong item purchased, warranty claims, item quality issues, or damage in transit.
AUSVIC Auto Parts will be responsible for return shipping costs ONLY if we pack and send the incorrect item as per your order.
Product damaged in transit
Upon receiving your order, our warehouse picking and packing team opens and inspects the item, and we put forth every effort to package the product to prevent shipping damage. If you receive a damaged part, do not attempt to fix it. Contact our office immediately to raise the Return Authority (RA) and arrange for the product to return to us at your expense.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fees base on the product price plus shipping cost.
Refunds
Refunds for returns are normally processed and credited within 7 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse for normal items.
The refund is for the cost of the purchased product only and does not cover any postage costs.
Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to your nominated account. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail our returns department, and we will respond to you immediately.
Warranty
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of invoice unless specified otherwise.
